The Mountain Grove Chapel hosts a Vacation Bible School for children ages 3-12. With ample space in our "backyard" and plenty of classrooms, the children were able to delight in a week filled with Bible stories, crafts, songs, games, snacks and even waterslide activities. The 2009 VBS theme was "Fire in The Bible" where the children learned about numerous Bible stories involving fire, like Moses and the burning bush, and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace. Each morning the students had a chance to enjoy the beautiful summer weather, while making new friends and learning about God. The Mountain Grove Chapel hopes to continue this tradition in the summers to come!
